Michelle Goodman, MBA, PMP, Principal, is founder of MBG Business Services, Inc., a project execution group focused on providing business process improvement and project management assistance and services. In the small business sector, Michelle works with business owners to create clear direction, efficiency, standard processes, timely responses, and quality outcomes for their demanding and savvy customers. Corporately, she specializes in global program execution, large-scale cultural and operational changes, mergers & acquisitions activities, project management methodology and program management office implementations, and Lean Six Sigma deployments in North America and Europe.

Diverse academic and professional experience in public and private industry sectors including mergers & acquisitions, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, new product development and lifecycle management, mortgage, financial services, specialty chemicals, retail, the Department of Defense, U.S. Army, and small business management provides Michelle a reservoir of experience which is both broad and deep. By combining her 19 years of industry experience with project leadership familiarity in over 13 countries, Michelle brings clarity, balance, objectivity, momentum, and results to her project and program engagements.

Michelle’s engagement successes are often attributed to her cross-functional, team-based leadership style which incorporates stakeholder involvement, data-based decision making, resource optimization, risk management best practices, quality assurance, masterful mediation, and achievement recognition. Michelle holds a B.A. in Management from the University of Florida and a M.B.A. in Supply Chain & Global Business Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Michelle has also studied at several international universities including the University of Nuremberg, Germany and the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, among others. Additionally, Michelle holds the prominent Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Deployment Champion.
