Michelle is one of the most effective managers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She seamlessly managed personalities, perspectives, positions, departments, vendors, and sub-contractors in order to keep the program moving. As well, Michelle provided progress reports verbally to the Senior Management Committee. Michelle is highly skilled in the arts and practice of Project Management. That became obvious to everyone on the team. In fact, working with Michelle helped me decide to obtain my PMP certification. I would not hesitate to work with or report to Michelle in the future." "Michelle was hired to bring a very large, floundering project under control. The project had undergone many fundamental changes over several years (and the requirements were still evolving), but Michelle was able to gain control of the project in a very short time and get it back on track. The project was also dependent upon several external software/hardware vendors that were being less-than-cooperative. Michelle was able to mend the relationships with these third parties, which allowed the project to progress properly. Having Michelle on board enabled us to meet the various milestones and launch the project on schedule. That simply would have never happened without her. Michelle is an excellent project manager that I would highly recommend!" July 15, 2009

"I worked with Michelle on two projects and she was excellent in her role as a project manager. Michelle demonstrated two characteristics that I've found unique among project managers. 1. She holds everybody accountable regardless of their role in the project. 2. She doesn't merely pay lip service to a risk assessment. As a result of her diligence, when the project ultimately encountered challenges we were able to timely address the issues because of the planning process that Michelle had previously facilitated." Working with Michelle has been a pleasure and a great learning experience. Her knowledge, resources, and ability to understand what we were looking for gave us the confidence to take our business to the next level of financial planning and growth. At first things seemed overwhelming, but each week we were provided with manageable action items that kept us moving forward. Michelle was always on track and very upbeat - no task was too big or small for her. I was amazed that just after one week we had gained a tremendous amount of confidence to start making knowledgeable decisions for our company! The best thing is that we are able to take all the information that she provided us with and continue to use these tools to successfully grow our business year after year - we now have the knowledge and resources to soar!

...Michelle's belief in the value of project management as a strategic tool, and her dedication to implementing it systematically and globally, was a driving force behind the success of our PMO creation and implementation…we proved to the entire organization that we could (as Program Managers) achieve truly global programs in a time frame no one thought possible...

...as the chief American law enforcement official in Baumholder, Germany (Provost Marshal), I interacted with Michelle in her capacity as Operations Manager and special projects leader on a daily basis. She can accomplish the impossible for short-fused taskings, or lay out detailed plans for future requirements, all while working with high standards of ethics and integrity that will not be compromised. ….. A military community is much like a small town -everyone contributes, or little is accomplished and Michelle's professional successes in her projects continually translated into community benefits and success.

….in working with MBG Business Services on a 23 unit Condominium building infrastructure upgrade, I was impressed with Michelle's capacity to function as both my fellow project co-lead and help me develop a useable project management skill set that was new to me. Once we completed the project we were able to save the condo association a third of our annual budget…

...In 2002 we introduced a major restructuring initiative internally code named Project James, which entailed the closure of 12 facilities and transfer of related production. Although a necessary step to improve our capacity utilization and to operate much more efficiently, it was a difficult and complex task because we eliminated jobs…. approximately 250 employees were engaged in 13 teams to ensure a successful transition at all levels - and they did an exceptional job...we expect annual savings to be approximately $10 to $12 million...

"AFFES is constantly faced with challenges to operate as a viable, economically sound and productive organization. These challenges often necessitate reduction-in-force, reduction in inventory and other forms of reorganization at all levels. Michelle's professional competence, positive attitude, continuous support, total cooperation and utter devotion to duty have enabled her to meet these challenges with ease and confidence and deliver a commendable performance. Of significant importance is the fact that the mission of our organization to support the well-being of our soldiers and their families, has not been sacrificed and our objectives have been met."
