Michelle is one of the most effective managers that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She seamlessly managed personalities, perspectives, positions, departments, vendors, and sub-contractors in order to keep the program moving. As well, Michelle provided progress reports verbally to the Senior Management Committee. Michelle is highly skilled in the arts and practice of Project Management. That became obvious to everyone on the team. In fact, working with Michelle helped me decide to obtain my PMP certification. I would not hesitate to work with or report to Michelle in the future." "Michelle was hired to bring a very large, floundering project under control. The project had undergone many fundamental changes over several years (and the requirements were still evolving), but Michelle was able to gain control of the project in a very short time and get it back on track. The project was also dependent upon several external software/hardware vendors that were being less-than-cooperative. Michelle was able to mend the relationships with these third parties, which allowed the project to progress properly. Having Michelle on board enabled us to meet the various milestones and launch the project on schedule. That simply would have never happened without her. Working with Michelle has been a pleasure and a great learning experience. Her knowledge, resources, and ability to understand what we were looking for gave us the confidence to take our business to the next level of financial planning and growth. At first things seemed overwhelming, but each week we were provided with manageable action items that kept us moving forward. Michelle was always on track and very upbeat - no task was too big or small for her. I was amazed that just after one week we had gained a tremendous amount of confidence to start making knowledgeable decisions for our company!
