Lean Six Sigma Deployment Activities
Coach and partner with company's internal deployment project manager or provide program management duties to create Lean Six Sigma program deployment plan including:
- Evaluate business needs and recommend type of Lean Six Sigma deployment (business areas/units, intensity, timelines, budget, candidate selection)
- Lead stakeholder analysis and risk planning / management
- Establish and measure key performance indicators and critical success factors as projects/program matures through stage gates and achieve critical milestones
- Conduct Lean Six Sigma provider search and selection process
- Negotiate and prepare LSS provider contract
- Manage relationship with Lean Six Sigma provider
- Plan kick-off meetings and other introduction activities of LSS to company
- Manage building of website and other communication channels
- Guide internal communication and change management activities
- Supervise LSS curriculum and all Belt training activities
- Establish Black Belt/Green Belt, Yellow Belt, etc. certification process
