Lean Six Sigma Deployment Activities

Coach and partner with company's internal deployment project manager or provide program management duties to create Lean Six Sigma program deployment plan including:

• Evaluate business needs and recommend type of Lean Six Sigma deployment (business areas/units, intensity, timelines, budget, candidate selection)
• Lead stakeholder analysis and risk planning / management
• Establish and measure key performance indicators and critical success factors as projects/program matures through stage gates and achieve critical milestones
• Conduct Lean Six Sigma provider search and selection process
• Negotiate and prepare LSS provider contract
• Manage relationship with Lean Six Sigma provider
• Plan kick-off meetings and other introduction activities of LSS to company
• Manage building of website and other communication channels
• Guide internal communication and change management activities
